Inspiration comes from many places.  This day, it came from some glass vases sitting by the windowsill. When the sun came out and shone on them – wow! 

They put off the most beautiful colors! The colors shining from the vases out into the space around was mesmerizing.  I have represented those colors with bits of paper sparkling around each vase.

This original artwork is currently hanging in a show at the Williamson County Public Library in Franklin, Tennessee.
